Our Team
Our team of experienced medical professionals including Kim Scott, FNP-C who is committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that each patient receives the individualized attention they need. We have over 25 years of experience in healthcare.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of medical services, including primary care, preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, and management of chronic conditions, weight loss, health education, womens health. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses all of our patients' health needs.
Services and Prices
- Primary care - initial visit $115
- Primary care - follow up visit/established pts $60
- Acute illness/sick visit - initial/new pt visit $125
- Acute illness/sick visit - established patient - $60
- Weight loss visit - initial visit $100 without labs, with labs will be based on cash price to Labcorp (will review during visit)
- Weight loss follow up visit - $50 monthly
- Home visit for primary care or sick visit - $175
- Initial Womens Health visit - $130
- Follow up womens health visit - $65
- Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership, for patients without insurance - $100 initial fee then $50 a month for up to 1 visit per month, $80 a month for up to 2 visits per month, $100 for up to 3 visits per month- this is only for primary care and sick visits.
